All orders are shipped from New Zealand, curated and dispatched by our team in New Zealand.

Processing Time Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Packaging & Fragile Items Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging, and we'll work with you to resolve it promptly.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Australia from New Zealand.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.

Australia shipping details

Dispatch

QIBI ships from Auckland, New Zealand to Australia. Orders are packed by the QIBI team and usually dispatched within 1 business day after payment confirmation.

Delivery

Australia standard delivery is free on AU orders and usually takes 5-7 business days after dispatch. A tracking email is sent once the order leaves QIBI.

GST and import charges

Checkout is shown in AUD for Australian buyers. If GST, duty, or import charges apply and are collected at checkout, they will be shown before payment. Any border or carrier charges not collected at checkout remain the buyer's responsibility.
